Quality Controller / Quality Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Controller / Quality Supervisor with a strong background in automotive batteries, motorcycle batteries, and VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) batteries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, conducting battery testing, maintaining quality standards, and supporting laboratory testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain quality standards across the manufacturing process.
• Conduct quality inspections and testing of automotive, motorcycle, and VRLA batteries.
• Perform battery performance testing as per JIS, IEC, and BIS standards.
• Ensure compliance with established quality procedures and specifications.
• Analyse test results and prepare quality reports.
• Coordinate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Manage and support chemistry laboratory testing activities.
• Investigate product defects and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in automotive battery manufacturing and quality control.
• Hands-on experience with motorcycle batteries and VRLA batteries.
• Strong knowledge of battery testing procedures and quality standards.
• Working knowledge of JIS, IEC, and BIS battery standards.
• Experience in chemistry testing laboratories and quality assurance processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of lead-acid battery manufacturing processes.
• Experience in quality management systems and audits.
• Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Schedule

• Working Days: 6 Days per Week
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Benefits

• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹90,000 per month (Depending on Experience)
